"I paid for the room for my son who lives in Naples, Florida. I live in Idaho. The only complaint that he had was that he found two cockroaches in his room. I had a VERY GOOD experience with EMILY at the front desk. My credit card was charged a separate charge. I called for help to remove this. Emily couldn't see it but told me when the manager would be in. I had to call several times. She was always polite. She came back from speaking to the manager and refunded my money. I was very happy....
